Chicken: a familiar place to begin
Our chicken bone broth has a golden, gentle character. Try it where chicken soup already feels at home: congee with greens, a simple noodle bowl or rice served with cooked chicken and cucumber.
For your first taste, prepare a small amount according to the pouch directions and taste it before adding other ingredients. You can then decide whether you want fresh ginger, herbs, extra water or a little seasoning.
Beef: something a little deeper
Our beef bone broth brings a deeper savoury flavour to the table. It is an option for a hearty soup, a bowl with mushrooms or a rice dish where you want a more pronounced broth character.
Its recipe includes beef marrow bones, knuckle bones and oxtail, with onion, carrot, celery, garlic, fresh ginger, black peppercorns, apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar, salt and water. Tori Paitan: a richer bowl to look forward to
Tori Paitan is our premium bone broth series, with a rich, creamy character. You might choose it for a slower noodle meal or a cup where the broth is the main event. Follow the preparation guidance on its current pouch.
Creamy describes the broth’s style, rather than confirming a dairy ingredient or dairy-free claim. Check the label for ingredients and allergens. The current box format and availability are confirmed when you enquire.

Our beef and chicken broths are RM115.00 per box; premium Tori Paitan is RM135.00 per box. Beef and chicken each come as four 240 ml pouches, totalling 960 ml. We confirm the current Tori Paitan pouch format with your enquiry; it should not be assumed to match the other two boxes.
