Tallow & Broth Co. began at home, with care for our own family. That same care still guides what we make for yours.
01 / A personal beginning
Before it was a brand, it was a way to care.
To me, food can say things we don’t always find the words for. A warm cup placed in someone’s hands. A meal made with their favourites in mind. A small reminder that they are being thought of.
That is the feeling behind Tallow & Broth Co. I wanted to make the kind of food I felt good about bringing to my own family’s table: familiar ingredients, made with attention, and given the time they need.
It began with broth. Something simple and comforting, with a place in everyday life.
02 / The heart of what we make
Broth is still where we begin.
There is something grounding about a pot left to simmer. You prepare the ingredients, give them time, and pay attention. It is a way of making food that asks you to slow down a little.
Our broth carries that approach: quality bones, simple ingredients and small batches. Beef or chicken, an everyday cup or our premium Tori Paitan—the intention is the same. To make broth you look forward to having at home.
Some days, you might warm a cup just for yourself. On others, it becomes the beginning of congee, rice or noodles for the people around your table. There is no special occasion needed.

Some of you may first have known us as Wondersous bone broth. Today, that care continues through Tallow & Broth Co., with broth still at the centre of our work.
Our collection has grown to include kitchen oils and cooking tallow, skincare tallow, and little things to carry with you. Different ways to bring simple, useful products into your day.
We are still a small brand. We listen, learn and keep refining—from the way we make a batch to the way we pack it for its journey to you. Your feedback helps us see the details that need more attention.
