Broth is the core of our business. We make it in small batches, giving simple ingredients time to become something deeply savoury and useful. It is the warmth we come back to, whether enjoyed by the cup or brought to the family table.
Which broth should I choose?
Beef bone broth is our deep, savoury option. Chicken bone broth is golden and gentle. Tori Paitan is our premium series, with a richer, creamy character.
Our pet bone broth is a separate range for dogs and cats. Choose the series that matches the person—or little companion—you are buying for.

What comes in a box?
Our beef and chicken bone broth boxes each contain 4 × 240 ml pouches: 960 ml in total. The black pouch is chicken bone broth; the silver pouch is beef bone broth.
For Tori Paitan and the pet series, ask us to confirm the current pouch format and box contents when you enquire.
How can I enjoy my broth?
Warm it gently for a simple cup, or use it as the base for soups, congee, noodles, rice and stews. It can bring depth to the meals you already make.
Follow the preparation instructions on your current pouch for that product and batch.
Three ways to enjoy bone brothWhat goes into your broth?
Our beef bone broth uses marrow bones, knuckle bones and oxtail. Chicken bone broth uses free-range whole chicken bones and chicken feet. Both include onion, carrot, celery, garlic, fresh ginger, black peppercorns, apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar, salt and water. Tori Paitan includes free-range whole chicken, chicken feet and skin, aromatics, shiitake mushrooms, kombu and dried bonito flakes; it contains fish. Recipes differ across the range. Check the full ingredient and allergen information on the product you are choosing; we can help you with the current list before you order.
How should I store and prepare my pouches?
Use the storage, thawing and reheating instructions on your current pouch. Packaging and batch formats can differ, so the label is the guide for that product.
Check the label for its date and instructions after opening. If anything is unclear, ask us before storing or preparing it.
Can I give my everyday broth to my pet?
Choose our dedicated pet bone broth series for your dog or cat. It is a separate range from the broths for your table. Follow the pet-series label for its ingredients, feeding and preparation guidance.
Meet the pet seriesCan I enquire from outside Malaysia?
Yes. Add your preferred broth to the bag and include your delivery country in the enquiry. We will confirm availability, delivery options and any handling or destination requirements before you place an order.
International delivery is confirmed for each destination; selecting a currency does not confirm delivery availability.
How do I buy bone broth online?
Choose your beef, chicken or premium Tori Paitan broth in our shop and add the number of boxes you want to your bag. Beef and chicken broth are RM115 per box; premium Tori Paitan is RM135 per box.
Select a preferred currency and add your delivery country and town or city. A postcode is optional and helps us quote delivery. Review and send the prepared WhatsApp message; we confirm product availability, delivery arrangements, the total and payment with you.
Buying bone broth in Malaysia and overseasHow do I arrange bone broth delivery in Malaysia?
Add the boxes you want to your bag and tell us your delivery country, town or city, and postcode if you have it. Whether you are in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya or another Malaysian town, we check the options for your exact destination.
Availability, delivery charges, product handling and payment are confirmed personally before an order is placed. Ask us for the current batch label and ingredients if you need them before deciding.

What is in the kitchen series?
Duck oil, chicken oil and edible beef tallow. Each has its own character and a place in everyday cooking, with the same jar size across the range.
Are all three jars the same size and price?
Yes. Duck oil, chicken oil and kitchen beef tallow each come in a 200 ml jar and share the same price.

How do I choose between duck oil, chicken oil and beef tallow?
Duck oil brings a rich, savoury character. Chicken oil is a gentle everyday companion to rice and familiar meals. Traditionally rendered beef tallow is useful for sautéing, pan-frying and roasting.
Choose the flavour and cooking style you enjoy, use a little to begin with, and follow the guidance on your current jar.
Is kitchen beef tallow the same product as skincare tallow?
They have different intended uses. Choose the kitchen beef tallow for cooking and the skincare range for external use. Check the product name and label, rather than choosing by the jar’s appearance alone.

Whipped describes the texture. Unscented describes the scent option. In our current collection, the unscented jar is non-whipped, while whipped tallow comes in three scent choices.

What is the difference between whipped and unscented tallow?
Our unscented tallow is non-whipped, with a denser, balm-like texture. Our whipped tallow has a softer, airy feel and comes in vanilla, tea tree oil or lavender.
Texture and scent are separate choices. “Unscented” does not mean “whipped”; the current unscented option in our range is non-whipped.
Which one should I choose?
Choose unscented, non-whipped tallow if you prefer a denser texture and the unscented option. Choose whipped tallow if you prefer a softer texture and one of our scent choices.
There is no single choice for everyone. Compare the product details and current ingredient lists, and choose the texture and scent you prefer.
Which scents are available for whipped tallow?
Vanilla, tea tree oil and lavender. Each scented whipped jar shares the same price. Select your scent before adding it to the bag so your enquiry includes the exact option you want.

How do I use the jar tallow?
For external use. Take a small amount with clean fingers, warm it between your fingertips and apply sparingly, following the instructions on your current jar. Start with a little; you can keep the routine simple.
Can the texture change in warm weather?
Yes. Natural tallow texture can change with temperature, and whipped texture is particularly sensitive to warmth. Keep the jar clean, close the lid after use and follow its storage instructions.

What is the difference between lip balm and the butter stick?
Tallow lip balm is the slim, portable format for lip care. Tallow butter stick is the wider stick in our skincare range, for a convenient daily application routine.
Choose lip balm for your lips, and follow the butter stick’s current label for its application directions.
How much are the two sticks?
They are priced individually, so you can choose either format or add both to your bag.

How do I use them?
Apply the lip balm to your lips according to the product label. For the butter stick, follow the label’s application guidance and use a small amount to begin with. Both belong to our care range, with their own intended use.
Keep the applicator clean and put the cap back on after use.
Can I carry them in my bag?
Yes—the stick formats are made to be portable. Keep the cap securely closed, follow the storage guidance on the label and keep them away from direct heat, such as a hot car or a bag left in the sun.
